About the Role

  • The HPS Manager will have support activities regarding the main HPS processes. He/she will help develop, and implement a culture of Continuous Improvement across all the areas and departments. He/she will help creating standards that will be used as the guidelines for the operations in the plants according to de HPS Model.

What You Will Do

  • Be in charge of the Certification Program for Team Leaders.
  • Authorized and Update documents and standards that belong to the HPS department.
  • Train all personnel in the HPS standards and tools.
  • Support and participate in the Problem Solving Process.
  • Keep the Issue Tracking Data Base updated for A3.
  • Keep the 5S’s standards and KPI updated.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify deficiencies in business processes and programs, and recommending and implementing adjustments to programs and/or processes
  • Link process deficiencies directly to bottom line impact
  • Lead cross-functional project teams formed to implement change and drive continuous improvement
  • Participate and provides support related with environmental, Health and Safety objectives, targets and programs.

What You Need

  • Engineering Career
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Continuous Improvement area, in manufacturing company. Proven experience of at least 5 years as Manager
  • English - fluent level
  • Knowledge in ISO 14001 and ISO 9001
