The Marketing Analyst is responsible for assisting the Marketing Department and Sales as a whole in supporting, measuring, and helping to improve upon efforts to generate business. The Analyst is expected to be a highly motivated and technically astute individual who understands the role research and information plays in aiding and educating to run more informed operations that help the company achieve bookings and revenue goals and is willing to work with the Marketing Team on campaign design and analysis.

Responsibilities
- Market research including competitor and industry research, forecasting, and trend analysis
- Target market identification, sizing, and characteristic building, needs analysis
- Measurement and analysis of different types of campaigns, sales data, and more
- Identification and manipulation of industry and company operational data sets from multiple sources
- Assisting with data-driven marketing strategy and campaign design
- Generate and present periodic reports to different stakeholders
- Work with the marketing, sales, and other departments to assist with campaign and sales effectiveness
- General marketing activities
- Other tasks as assigned
Position Requirements/Education:
- Degree in Marketing or similar
- 3 - 5 years experience in similar role
- Health Information Technology (HIT) and medical revenue cycle management experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English language and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Marketing experience in general with email and digital marketing experience (e.g. Google Adwords) being a plus
- Experience working with CRM and Marketing applications/platforms. SAP Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Analytics Cloud, or CRM are a plus, although not specifically required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/365 applications including PowerPoint and exceptional Excel skills
