- Responsibility is to provide technical support and assistance to end-users within the organization.
- You will be the first point of contact for any IT-related issues or inquiries and will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network problems.
- You will assist users with login issues, password resets, and access-related queries.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting support tickets, prioritizing and escalating issues when necessary, and providing timely updates to users on the status of their requests.
- Your goal is to ensure that all technical issues are resolved promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the organization's operations.
- Knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS)
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tickets
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Team will be working from 6 am to 6 pm in shifts – 6 am to 3 pm, 9 am to 6 pm Malaysia time ( 7 days a week – including weekend and public holidays)
