Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join! You’ll be responsible for driving innovation and organizational transformation to achieve long-term growth, operational efficiency and competitiveness. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Developing and implementing change management, operational efficiency, and innovation strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Analyzing market trends and technological innovations to identify opportunities for increased operational efficiency and innovation
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing change management, efficiency, and innovation projects from conception to realization
  • Identifying and implementing initiatives to improve operational processes, boosting productivity and reducing costs
  • Conducting operational analysis and providing recommendations for efficiency improvements
  • Promoting innovation by integrating new technologies and processes into the organization
  • Leading a team of change management, operational efficiency, and innovation managers, ensuring effective resource distribution and professional growth
  • Monitoring and evaluating project results, reporting progress to top management and maintaining external partnerships for collaboration in innovation

Qualifications

  • Higher university education
  • At least 5 years of experience in a large company or corporate group
  • At least 10 years of experience in change management, innovation/service development, and operational efficiency implementation
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in change management, innovation/service development, and/or operational efficiency
  • Excellent strategic planning and project management skills
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and communicate effectively
  • Creativity and ability to generate new ideas
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on team leadership, constructiveness, result-orientation, strong analytical abilities, stakeholder management, and problem-solving
