ShipperHQ is headquartered in Austin, TX making a big impact in the e-commerce shipping space. Founded in 2009, we are a premier supplier of shipping software for e-commerce sites, selling to both SMB and Enterprise customers. We have 50+ team members spread across the globe with 30+ members based in Austin, Texas. We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong collaborative mindset.

What You’ll Do:

As the Head of Partnerships, you will own and drive our partnership strategy, playing a crucial role in expanding our business and accelerating sales growth. You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and strengthening key relationships—both existing and new—that directly impact our success. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and the sales team to shape and execute a partnership strategy that fuels our market expansion

Your Impact:

  • Drive Strategic Partnerships – Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships that align with our business goals.
  • Strengthen Key Relationships – Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial partnerships that drive long-term success.
  • Lead & Mentor – Guide and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Expand Market Presence – Leverage partnerships to enhance our product offerings and increase brand visibility.
  • Measure & Optimize – Define key performance metrics, track partnership success, and refine strategies as needed.
  • Align Cross-Functionally – Work closely with marketing and product teams to integrate partnerships into broader company initiatives.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends – Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and emerging industry trends.
  • Represent the Company – Attend industry events and conferences to build and strengthen our partnership network.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience:
    • 8+ years in SaaS partnerships or channel sales, with at least 3 years in the e-commerce space.
    • 4+ years of management experience, including leading and mentoring partnership teams.
    • Proven track record of negotiating and managing high-value partnerships that drive revenue growth.
    • Deep understanding of the SaaS and e-commerce landscape.
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate partnerships into business strategy.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
    • Proficiency with Hubspot and other partnership management tools.
    • Background in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a track record of navigating complexity.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams to integrate partnerships into overall business strategy.
    • History of cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
    • Prior experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly growing organization.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive revenue growth.

Logistics:

  • This is a full-time position
  • Remote work available within the US; preference for local candidates to work in a hybrid model from our Austin, TX office two days per week
