The team you will head up is responsible to provide our institutional clients/ partner and special pools with help, expertise and guidance on a range of queries using the interactions to build strong relationships to develop trust in our business. We provide an important role in growing and evolving the business through active promotion of our products and services within these interactions. The way we operate is also key to creating a high level of engagement and job satisfaction for our employees, helping to retain great talent within the organisation.
About your role :

As Head of Institutional Relations Desk, you are responsible for a team of 2.
You are responsible for setting up the new desk and managing the support of institutional clients and the relationship for special pools and the TPA (Third Party Administration) business and ensuring the agreed KPI´s are met, including reporting. In addition to enquiries and escalations, this includes evaluating and monitoring change requests for existing services. You are supporting and coordinating annual due diligences and regulatory audits requests.
You and your team are the main contacts for the ongoing relationship of our institutional clients and TPA business partner and developing good business and strategic relationships.
You are responsible for supporting them in all requests of daily business and making it as easy as possible to do business with us. You are accountable for always keeping the interests of our partner in mind, representing them within the company and designing processes in a user-friendly and effective manner.
About you :
- You have completed commercial training or a degree with relevant professional experience in the banking environment or financial services sector.
- You have several years of experience in sales or client service with high sales orientation/affinity.
- You have experience in dealing with highly demanding clients and a good understanding of bank processes.
- As a Senior manager and leader, it is natural for you to lead by example, think entrepreneurially and make decisions.
- You enjoy dealing with people and working in a team and are used to communicating across hierarchical levels and teams accordingly.
- Personal responsibility is a matter of course for you and you have a strong service orientation and the ability to build customer relationships.
- Leading a team, motivate and enable them to develop and grow is your passion.
- You are highly flexible and enjoy new challenges and experiences.
- Very good English language skills.
- You have a native or close native level of German.
