Job Description
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Financial Planning and Analysis division of the ESO, where you’ll be responsible for financial planning, analysis, control, and financial reporting for the entire Company . If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Leading the finance planning function, covering long-term and short-term financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business financial optimization
- Managing financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and tax compliance
- Driving financial operations optimization and streamlining financial reporting
- Controlling CAPEX, OPEX, forecasts, and contingency utilization
- Coordinating budget preparation, monthly performance reports, and long-term, short-term financial forecasts
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems
- Acting as the primary contact for auditors, Ignitis Group financial management, and other key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance management and control
- Strong knowledge of IFRS standards
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Very good English skills (both verbal & written)
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools
- Ability to clearly present financial and operational performance
- Result-oriented, responsible, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
Would be an advantage:
- ACCA or CFA qualification
- Experience with financial reporting and control in the renewable energy sector
