Head of Americas Demand Generation and Field Marketing

Why We Have This Role

We’re looking for an exceptional marketing director and people leader to deliver commercial impact by strategically applying the marketing mix to both generate demand and drive pipeline conversion. This person will be focused on expanding the Qualtrics business across the Americas - US geographies and industries, Canada, and Latin America. This person will be accountable for performance across all marketing channels including account-based marketing, digital, campaigns, and events, and they will be the primary point of contact to the Americas sales leadership on behalf of the horizontal marketing disciplines such as brand, scaled demand programs, comms, thought leadership, and product marketing. While possessing broad responsibility across customer segments, this person will inspire the team to deliver winning strategies for the enterprise segment through 1:1 account-based marketing and executive programs. Additionally, they will lead the development of global best practices for ABM and Enterprise Go-To-Market to create global scale and consistency, including partnering with marketing and sales operations to address how ABM works across the entire funnel.
