In this brand new role of Growth Marketing Manager you will lead the design, execution, and scaling of our refer a friend program. This person will reverse-engineer the best referral programs globally, combining technical know-how, UX excellence, compelling offers, and innovative marketing strategies to make referrals a core driver of Zopa’s customer acquisition growth working closely with App Experience, Design, product and owned growth teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Own, manage, and continuously optimise the performance of Zopa’s Refer-a-Friend programme across all products, making it a key driver of customer acquisition.
  • Analyse user cohorts and referral data to uncover key triggers, behaviours, and product interactions that drive high-quality referrals and engagement.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of referral incentives, messaging, and user experience, ensuring continuous improvement against key performance metrics.
  • Develop data models, forecasts, and in-depth analyses to track and enhance the performance of the referral programme.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Creative teams to align referral strategies with broader business goals, ensuring a seamless and compelling user experience.

What we're looking for:

  • You have proven experience in growth marketing, product management, or a similar role, with a focus on referral programs or customer acquisition. 
  • You have solid skills in data analysis to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and understand customer behaviours 
  • You're impact-driven, thrive on challenges, and have a proactive, self-starter mindset 
  • You collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing) to translate business needs into actionable solutions 
  • You have a genuine interest in understanding different user cohorts and shaping their product experience in a positive way 
  • Experience in Fintech, B2C digital businesses, or fast-paced scale-up environments is a plus, but not required
