The Role
Dojo is looking for an experienced B2B Growth Marketing Director to deliver scalable revenue growth, through both new customer acquisition and base expansion strategies.
Reporting directly to the SVP of Growth & Revenue Operations , this role leads our Digital Marketing, CRM, Martech and Marketing Analytics teams, and partners closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, Creative, Monetisation and Revenue Operations teams to maximise growth opportunities throughout the funnel and across all channels.
Growth Marketing is a relatively new capability for Dojo, so our B2B Growth Marketing Director needs to be able to confidently educate the business on best practices, set essential foundations for the function, as well as develop new opportunities to scale.
What you will do...
- Own and execute the growth marketing strategy, driving demand generation and scaling customer revenue across multiple B2B channels
- Coach and lead high performing teams across Digital Marketing, CRM, and Marketing Technology (Martech)
- Develop, implement, and optimise a scalable, data-driven marketing engine that aligns with Dojo’s business goals
- Define and manage a multi-channel lead generation, lead nurture, and customer growth strategy, including paid search, paid social, display, SEO, digital affiliates, direct mail, customer referral, and email
- Own the overall web strategy to reflect the Dojo proposition in the most compelling way, including UX improvements and robust AB testing programs and optimise lead capture
- Oversee the overall lead generation funnel, ensuring seamless collaboration with Sales and Revenue Operations to improve lead quality, sales velocity, and conversion rates
- Oversee the development and optimisation of CRM strategies, programmes, and automations to improve customer engagement, retention, and revenue per customer through cross-sell, lifecycle marketing, and repricing
- Drive the adoption of Martech solutions to enhance automation, personalisation, and measurement across customer touchpoints and revenue objectives
- Use data, analytics, and experimentation to refine targeting, optimise campaigns, and otherwise identify opportunities to increase velocity, quality, scale, or efficiencies within each channel or across the mix
- Lead forecasting and budget planning for growth marketing in partnership with Finance teams, and collaborate on forecasting and budget planning across Marketing, ensuring spend is optimised for ROI and cashflow objectives
- Champion best practices for B2B growth marketing, holding a high bar for excellence within the team and educating senior stakeholders on the role of performance marketing, CRM, Martech, and how to understand their effectiveness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Revenue Operations and other marketing teams to develop cohesive customer acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, referral, and resurrection strategies that reflect the overall business objectives
What you will bring...
- A proven B2B marketing leader with experience building, coaching and leading highly successful growth marketing teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Track record of success in designing and executing demand generation strategies for B2B technology, SaaS / software or fintech businesses, achieving ambitious growth and efficiency targets. Payments industry experience is a plus.
- Specific domain knowledge in digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics. Advanced knowledge of marketing measurement techniques including funnel optimisation, attribution modelling and AB testing.
- Experience scaling and managing significant performance-based ad spend across multiple channels in a B2B multi-national environment
- A background of working with sales teams to coordinate and amplify the effect of digital activity with sales channel activity to maximise growth
- Experience leading marketing technology teams
- Familiarity with Martech tools including AdTech, CRM tools, automation platforms, attribution modeling, and BI tooling is required ; hands-on experience specifically with Braze, Salesforce, Rudderstack, and Storyblok would be a plus
- Proficiency in Excel, Looker (or similar BI tools), and demonstrable hands-on analytical capabilities
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product
- Strategic thinking with the ability to balance revenue targets with long-term vision and executional excellence
