Global Technical Client Integration Team Leader - English, Spanish & Portuguese Speaking (f/m/d)
Purpose of position
The Global Team Leader is responsible for managing assigned market work streams, focusing on the onboarding of both new and existing clients. To be successful in this role you will need to be proactive, steer a remote team to continually hit core KPI’s and have the ability to manage many open topics at the same time. This role will also be hands on with the expectation of senior support being provided to our top tier clients.
Key Tasks
- Overall responsibility of the performance and results of the Integration team, driving continuous development of performance to achieve maximum results
- A keen eye for data and business reporting, utilising available data to understand team performance to drive efficiency areas
- Innovate on internal processes, with the eagerness to improve, adapt or source new ideas
- Provider of personal development support to direct reports, sustaining engagement and motivation within the team.
- Act an escalation point for all senior but non managerial department members and participate within internal stakeholder/project groups as necessary.
- Provide a high level of Technical support to new clients via email, phone and if applicable face to face meetings
- Act as intermediary between the client services side of the business and our engineering side of the business
- Identify technical issues on the network and escalate as appropriate
- Administration of a shared knowledge base where relevant
- Support internal colleagues on relevant cross department training

- Proven managerial experience with the ability to bring out the best qualities in your team through remote management
- Ability to plan ahead and devise stretching OKR’s for your direct reports

- Highly confidential and discreet
- Great attention to detail and problem solving
- Excellent computer literacy
- Good understanding of IoT
- Ability to understand web based language such as basic HTML, JavaScript and PHP
- Knowledge on and preferably business experience with writing MySQL queries
- Strong communication (both verbal and written) in English, Portuguese & Spanish
- Customer service skills, and be able to exchange information with others clearly and concisely.
You will be expected to have good understanding of affiliate marketing is and what we do in the industry for any role within Awin.
