Drive growth and build lasting relationships as a Global Strategic Account Manager at Panduit! In this role, you’ll develop and execute innovative global account strategies to exceed sales and profitability goals. You'll work closely with key stakeholders and ecosystem partners, identifying customer needs and positioning Panduit’s solutions for maximum impact. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver exceptional business outcomes, ensuring seamless execution through regular strategy meetings. What You Will Do

  • Account Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts spanning multiple countries.
  • Strategic Growth: Utilize your expertise to engage strategically with named accounts, seizing new business opportunities and fostering growth.
  • Relationship Building: Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging your network to unlock new avenues of business.
  • Seamless Delivery: Coordinate interactions with strategic accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of our complex technical solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions to drive business growth.

What You Will Bring

  • Education: Bachelors Degree required, or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience: 5- 7 years in related role, with proven experience selling network infrastructure solutions to B2B customers.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven B2B sales in datacenters, including multitenant, hyperscale, or cloud environments. Experience with large account management.
  • Business Acumen: Exceptional global business, financial, and sales acumen.
  • Network: Established industry relationships and a ready-to-leverage account portfolio. Ability to build & maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Results Oriented: Goal-driven, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to meet goals.
  • Travel Ability: Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $160,000. This role qualifies for a sales incentive plan. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
