Job Summary:
The Global SharePoint Integration Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions to support the collaboration needs of Sandoz’s Digital Workplace Services (DWS) and Microsoft Center of Excellence (CoE). This role requires a deep understanding of SharePoint Online, Office 365, and related technologies to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Design and Development:

Develop and implement SharePoint solutions to meet business requirements.

Customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.

Integrate SharePoint with other Office 365 applications and third-party tools.

System Integration:

Ensure seamless integration of SharePoint with other enterprise systems.

Develop and maintain integration scripts and tools.
-
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compatibility and performance.

Maintenance and Support:

Monitor SharePoint environments to ensure availability and performance.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues.

Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.

Collaborate with the Microsoft CoE team to leverage best practices and new features.

Document processes, configurations, and changes.

Security and Compliance:

Implement and maintain security best practices for SharePoint environments.
-
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.

Conduct regular audits and assessments.

What you’ll bring to the role:
Requirements:

Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
-
Proven experience with SharePoint Online and Office 365 integration.

Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
-

Skills:
-
Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and components.
-
Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Certifications:
-
Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate or equivalent is preferred.
