Company Description
Welcome to the good side of tech 👋
You might have heard about us, but with a different name: Doctoralia. It all started 10 years ago, when we asked ourselves: is anyone in healthcare thinking about patients? We jumped in and we empowered patients by giving them access to leave and read reviews about their visit. We then provided doctors with the technology to manage bookings easily and save time, so they could devote themselves to what they always wanted: treating patients. And today is the day in which we ask you: will you join us in the next step of making the healthcare experience more human?
Docplanner at scale
We are leaders in 13 countries so far, and more than 90 million patients trust us every month. Almost 300.000 specialists believe in us and our product, and so do leading venture capital funds such as Point Nine Capital, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and One Peak Partners. And yet, employing over 2.700 people all over the globe, we managed to keep the startup-mindset we started with over 10 years ago.
Job Description
In a nutshell - what we’re looking for
We are looking for a Global Product Marketing Manager to join our growing product marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with product managers across multiple teams to understand the features they are building, research ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and analyze feature adoption trends. Your insights will shape how we position our products, ensuring that our messaging resonates with customers and is effectively used in go-to-market (GTM) campaigns.
This role is deeply embedded with the product team, requiring a strong grasp of user pain points, use cases, and competitive dynamics. You’ll translate technical product details into compelling stories that drive feature adoption and customer engagement. While the focus is on working with product managers, you will also collaborate with GTM teams to provide clear, impactful messaging and campaign briefs that support product launches, user acquisition, and retention efforts.
What you’ll do
- Partner closely with product managers to deeply understand new and existing product features, their impact on users, and how they fit into our overall product strategy.
- Conduct research on ideal customer profiles (ICPs), feature usage patterns, and adoption metrics to identify opportunities for improved positioning and engagement.
- Develop messaging frameworks and campaign briefs as part of product requirements documents (PRDs), ensuring GTM teams have the resources they need for successful launches and marketing campaigns.
- Craft compelling product narratives that communicate user pain points, benefits, and differentiators in a way that resonates with customers.
- Perform competitive analysis to refine our product positioning and highlight our unique value proposition in the market.
- Work with product and data teams to track and analyze feature adoption, uncovering trends that inform future messaging, in-product communication, and customer engagement strategies.
- Support cross-functional teams with research-backed insights to help shape product roadmaps and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with GTM teams, providing them with content and strategic recommendations to improve acquisition, activation, and retention.
Qualifications
- Experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or related fields, with a strong focus on working with product teams and driving feature adoption.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical features into clear, engaging messaging.
- Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis, with a structured approach to positioning and messaging development.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to assess feature adoption and user behavior trends.
- Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or tech-driven B2B products is a plus.
- Self-starter with strong project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders across teams.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills in Spanish, Portuguese (Brazilian), Italian, or German are a plus.
