Your Role
-
Implement marketing strategy for a specific part of the compression assortment

Develop an economically attractive assortment from insight generation to market launch, aligning with BC and GtM requirements

Provide relevant marketing input to key stakeholders within the project team

Manage product lifecycle, analyze product range, and propose adjustments or discontinuations

Collaborate with Brand Managers in market clusters to support market penetration and share growth

Analyze customer needs, trends, competition, and market, and monitor KPIs to achieve turnover and earning targets

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with Marketing focus; Master level preferred

5-7 years of working experience in a marketing department or context desired (branches preferred: Medical Devices / Healthcare / Pharmaceuticals)

Fluent English (written & spoken); Second language (German) preferred

Strong patient/user and customer focus
-
Flexibility, good project management skills, desire to work in international, cross-functional teams
-
High level of ambition, initiative, and strong skills in marketing, communication, presentations, and financials/analyses
