The Global Infra – Analyst for Cytiva is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while supporting our internal customers.

This position is part of the Infrastructure and Operations located in Hauppauge, NY and will be an onsite position . At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you’ll do

• Responsible for ensuring continuity of the Client Technologies services and systems through, planning, technical expertise and project management across the Cytiva NY sites.
• Perform regular IT audit to discover areas of weaknesses and fortify them.
• Responsible for the deployment, maintenance, support and upgrade of all end user IT, telephony and printing systems.
• Ensure all business policies and standards related to client services and IT security and compliance are being met.
• Provide training to user communities as required.

Who you are

• 5 years of relevant experience or a degree
• Technical expertise in client devices, operating systems and applications, desktop management and support tools, and server technologies.
• Strong end user support and process experience.
• Be prepared to travel and work unsociable hours.
• Language – ability to read/write English

The salary range for this role is $75,000-$95,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
