The team you will be part of

You will be part of a skilled and engaged team, and work closely with colleagues around the world to provide insightful financial analysis, support strategic decision-making and ensure the business delivers on its short- and long-term financial goals.

You will be working at Headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark and report to the Head of Global Finance, FP&A and Pricing Phillip Dollerup. However, your daily work will be with your team and internal and external stakeholders.

Your contribution is appreciated, and as a full-time Global Finance and FP&A Analyst, you will be involved in the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes, such as:

  • Provide comprehensive financial reports to Senior Management and the Board of Directors with focus on all three financial statements, comments and explanation to key performance indicators as well as insight to sell through and channel inventory development
  • You will be responsible for the planning covering budgeting, forecasting, and outlook processes. You will develop detailed financial models and projections to guide decision-making and strategic planning. This includes annual budget preparation, quarterly forecast, and long-term financial planning
  • You will be a trusted financial advisor to a specific business unit. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategy, operational improvements, and profitability enhancement. You will work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and enhance financial performance
  • You will participate in various financial projects aimed at improving financial processes, systems, and performance. This includes implementing new financial tools, enhancing reporting capabilities, and supporting optimization initiatives

To do the job well, we imagine that you come with a combination of interpersonal skills, a commercial mindset, and stakeholder management abilities.

Here is what we are looking for:

  • A relevant educational background (e.g. master’s degree in. finance or economics)
  • Professional experience is beneficial, whether from a similar position, a student job, or previous roles within finance
  • Good at stakeholder management, collaboration and internal and external communication
  • Proficiency with MS Office package – particularly Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills
