General Manager - CCN.com

We are a rapidly growing online media and advertising company seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as General Manager for CCN.com. We are looking for a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing business growth and overseeing brand strategy execution. This role reports directly to our CEO.

Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: Own P&Ls to promote sustainable financial growth.
• Strategic Planning: Develop business strategies and KPIs aligned with brand goals. Identify new markets and opportunities to grow our audience and revenue.
• Leadership & Operational Excellence: Build and lead teams, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to succeed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with senior leadership to stay updated on best practices and directions.
• Networking & Public Representation: Establish relationships with industry stakeholders and influencers. Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and public forums to bring attention and opportunities to CCN.
• Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation to gain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Business Experience & Financial Acumen: Proven experience in managing P&Ls and driving financial growth.
• Multimedia & Advertising Experience: 8+ years in online media with a deep understanding of trends and competitive dynamics. Familiarity with SEO and affiliate marketing.
• Experience in Crypto: Required. Experience in iGaming is a plus.
• Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years in senior management, preferably in digital media.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to develop business strategies and KPIs and identify opportunities.
• Networking and Public Speaking: Excellent networking skills with comfort in representing the brand at public events or through the media.
