The CareConnect Functional Specialist is responsible for ensuring Netsmart’s interoperability solutions provide an unrivaled client experience producing exceptional client satisfaction as well as helping to develop and guide new and existing solutions in the marketplace. This role will be involved at all stages in the solution life cycle: including development design, implementation deployment and client engagement. Ensuring the overall success of Netsmart’s interoperability solution is the primary responsibility of this role both within and external to the organization.
Responsibilities

Work with the client organization as a subject matter expert on Netsmart interoperability solutions to provide solution knowledge for new or existing clients.

Communicate directly with existing clients to ensure the tools to be successful are readily available

Collaborate with product management on roadmap execution by providing user stories that help drive the solutions forward.

Work with engineering to ensure defects, maintenance and enhancement development activities are properly categorized and delivered efficiently

Work with our clients to jointly develop appropriate policies and procedures, ensuring successful adoption of Netsmart interoperability solutions.

Collaborate with 3rd party vendors for standard and integration methods, ensuring effective bi-directional health of interoperability solutions

Work directly with the support organization to ensure speedy resolution of client issues and ensure healthy outcomes.

Understand the business requirements to support client services for interoperability solutions.

Promote process improvement opportunities for clients and within Netsmart for all interoperability solutions.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree required
-
Ability to explain solution capabilities within the context of business processes for a community segment
-
Demonstrated process improvement skills to be available to client within their specified analytics solution

Experience in solution benefits identification, development and reporting.

Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred
-
Experience using industry standard integration standards such as IHE, HL7, FHIR, APIs, CCDA

Experience in healthcare technology space preferred
