Job Description:

  • Direct the operations of Finance & Strategy including Source to Pay teams; being responsible for annual planning, forecasting, month end close and performance analysis to support strategic making-decisions.

  • Lead creation of insightful analyses, reports and presentations on relevant operating and financial metrics in an easy-to-understand format.

  • Drive operational and process excellence in the broader Finance & Strategy team through strong partnership with the Global Process Owner and point of contact.

  • Assist in optimizing financial models and forecasts that require insights and collaboration across multiple Finance & Strategy teams.

  • Build out standard reporting packages for our business partners.

  • Prioritize operational improvements & automation opportunities to streamline current processes.

  • Define objectives or Key Performance Indicators for an individual or a team and regularly assesses performance against those objectives and metrics and initiates actions for intervention when targets are not being met.

  • Responsible as a People Manager; Coaches or mentors, resolve conflicts, initiate disciplinary action and recommend performance improvement plans and participate in the compensation planning.

  • Ensures the Career Development Plan of the team is consistently in place with meaningful discussions.

  • Prepare business continuity plan to ensure sustained service delivery brought about by force-majeure, acts of nature, transportation strike or civil unrest.

  • Handles other tasks delegated or assigned by the FSS Sr. Director.

Key Competencies Required:

  • Strong Finance, Planning and Analysis skills (Business Unit Finance or Corporate Finance)

  • Shared Services experience (Captive - Build and Grow)

  • Transformation initiatives (Systems and Process Improvements)

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
