Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Frontend Engineer eager to expand his expertise in Backend development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll take charge of designing and developing cutting-edge solutions using modern frameworks and technologies like React, AWS, Microservices, and more. Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

• Strong proficiency in React and Next.js, including latest features and best practices
• Experience in technical investigations and proof-of-concept (POC) development
• Ability to evaluate new technologies and determine their feasibility for the organization
• Solid knowledge of web performance optimization and caching strategies
• Familiarity with TypeScript, modern frontend build tools, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex web applications
• Understanding of Apollo Federation and/or GraphQL architecture
• Experience in creating, maintaining, and enforcing technical guidelines for development teams
• Ability to design and provide reusable utilities, frameworks, and best practices for 10+ product teams
• Experience with standardization efforts to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability
• Comfortable working on internal tooling to enhance developer experience
• Passion for staying up to date with React, Next.js, GraphQL, and web technologies
• Willingness to experiment, prototype, and innovate within a fast-moving tech landscape
• Open to mentoring and knowledge-sharing within the team and across product teams
• Strong communication skills to align with product-dev teams and guide them in best practices
• Ability to document and present findings from technical investigations clearly
• Capable of working cross-functionally to advocate for platform improvements

Desirable skills

• Experience with GraphQL Federation and Supergraph concepts
• Knowledge or interest in AWS, ElasticSearch, Relational and NoSQL databases, messaging and queuing solutions
• Knowledge of common frameworks VCS (Git), Docker, CI/CD solutions

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing modern architectures using React, AWS technologies, Microservices, NoSQL & RDBMS, Event-driven architectures, etc.
• Take responsibility for our solution architecture and contribute to improving architecture in terms of performance, security, scalability, modularity and operational efficiency
• Be involved in inception to delivery of various features and products on an ambitious and challenging product roadmap
• Conduct knowledge sharing sessions with presentations and exposure to tasks that help practice new technologies
• Create an open communication culture, by being open for feedback and supporting conflict resolutions.
