We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our company and own the FP&A function. In this senior level position, you will collaborate closely with functional leaders to provide strategic analytic support in financial planning and lead the development of robust financial models, forecasts, and reports. You will help provide insight into financial opportunities to drive and optimize revenue growth and key cost decisions.

This role is based out of the San Francisco Bay Area. This position requires 4 days a week in our Mountain View offices.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain financial and revenue models
Deliver consistent, timely, accurate, high-quality, and insightful financial data to department leads and the executive team
Develop and rigorously test financial models for product offerings, assisting the business in making critical decisions
Prepare comprehensive current and forecasted revenue and cost projections and lead variance analysis meetings
Collaborate effectively with the accounting to ensure alignment of financial data
Support company fundraising efforts
Respond to ad-hoc modeling requests from various business units

Requirements

BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar discipline; MBA preferred
8+ years experience, with 2+ years at technology company at a senior level
Exceptional analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build financial models for business forecasting, tracking KPIs, variance analysis, and problem-solving through data across the business
Advanced Excel skills with ability to analyze large amounts of data and maintain complex financial models
An ability to dive down into the weeds of the numbers with high attention to detail, and to take a step back and see the big picture
Adaptable approach to working in a startup environment
Experience in investment banking is a plus
Excellent communicator and collaborator to present financials and partner with leaders across the organization
