We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and empowering others through exceptional financial insight. If you’re passionate about numbers but equally excited to bring energy and strategy to the table, we want you!

Here’s what we need from you:

• An unequivocal commitment to our Aussie values – they guide our decisions every day.

• An outgoing personality – someone who loves helping others achieve their financial goals.

• Qualifications that count – CA or CPA (or equivalent) is essential.

• Top-notch communication skills – we need someone who can make financial data meaningful to non-financial audiences.

• Analytical prowess – understanding the business impact of your insights is critical.

• Experience in financial planning and analysis – you're no stranger to budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews.

• Three-way modelling expertise – maintaining and refining complex models is your forte.

• Mastery of Excel – you know how to make spreadsheets sing.

• An innovative mindset – you're always ready to challenge the status quo and find smarter ways to do things.

• Telco industry experience – this would be a big plus!

• Self-starter attitude – you're proactive, driven, and always on the lookout for what’s next.

How will you support our “Why?”

As our Finance Business Partner, your role will shine a spotlight on our values by delivering these critical activities and outcomes:

• Preparing business budgets, forecasts, and in-depth performance analyses.

• Supporting Senior and Executive Leadership Teams with insightful financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.

• Identifying and recommending opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Developing market and investor-related analysis to keep us informed and competitive.

• Providing financial expertise to support the creation of compelling business cases.

• Undertaking ad hoc business analysis and reporting as required.

• Conducting other essential research and analysis to drive informed decisions.
