Responsibilities 🤓

• Assist in the conciliations of costs and accounts payable: review bank and credit card statements, collect invoices, control accounts, and update internal records (at least once a week).
• Help update, maintain, and fix the company’s internal financial reports (daily).
• Assist in the preparation of economic and financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
• Support treasury tasks, banking operations, and relationships with financial institutions (ongoing).
• Handle payments and invoice processing (weekly).
• Work with external accountants on tax declarations, payment withholdings, and compliance documentation (at least twice a week).
• Monitor the Business Plan and report deviations (monthly).

Required Skills 💻

• 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/GSheets.
• Understanding of accounting principles, billing, and cost management.
• Experience in cash flow management, treasury, and financial operations.
• Analytical mindset & great team player.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technology tools.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills 😉

• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience in ERP system implementation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience collaborating across multiple departments.
