Position Responsibilities

Analyze historical financials and research, identify, and communicate key variances relating to financial and operational metrics/KPIs

Lead the monthly forecast process, including preparing analytics and coordinating with business partners, and identifying risks and opportunities in the forecast

Model unit profitability analyses as needed to assist in decision making
-
Help convert data into results by coordinating with leadership to ensure execution of key priorities

Partner with non-financial leaders to bridge the communication between Finance and Operations

Recommend strategies for increasing financial performance

Improve upon existing reporting on a proactive basis or as requested by management
-
Provide ad-hoc financial and operational analysis to support business decisions
-
Contribute to preparation of business presentations for Executive management

High degree of involvement in annual budget process

Assist Finance Management with day to day tasks and special requests
Position Requirements
-
1-3 years of accounting and finance experience required
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
-
Highly proficient MS Excel skills, strong financial software aptitude
-
Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Ability to work under tight deadlines and willingness to work overtime, particularly during the month-end close and budget process
-
Proactive drive to get things done and anticipate what is needed

Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
