Job Description
You will be a critical partner and advisor to the Fraud & ID business, providing financial analysis support for Experian North America. You on expense management and strategic investments and support resource allocation. As a Finance Manager, you will report to the Director, FSD Fraud
What you'll do
- Manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly forecasting, and quarterly business updates. Responsibilities will include forming timelines, templates, and internal review materials
- Manage the month-end close and monthly forecasting process
- Design reports to give a valuable understanding of historical and future financial projections that support decision-making and could lead to applicable opportunities
- Develop P&L analytics to use data and identify main insights and opportunities
- Provide financial modeling support for multiple projects and ad hoc requests. Understand the details while at the same time being able to advise on big-picture challenges
- Develop financial reporting with an eye to streamlining processes and raising the standard for the quality of deliverables.
- Improve and standardization reporting through new tools, dashboards, and processes to lead scalable analysis
- Build relationships and collaborate across multiple teams to achieve impactful results and provide planning and analysis support to lead financial goals
- Guide the development and reporting of (and, in some instances, personally develop) measurements across revenue, billing, capital, pricing, and costs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in finance, management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar environment, including FP&A and project management experience
- Experience distilling financial analyses for leadership teams
- Highly motivated, self-starter who manages projects end-to-end and has a demonstrated track record of getting results, organizing, and prioritizing deadlines
- Experience distilling financial analyses for leadership teams Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences complex issues
- Ability to balance between and the high-level summaries while maintaining accuracy
