Your role in our future

You will lead a small finance team and you will oversee and manage the finance operations across the APAC region, including Singapore, Australia, and China. You will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with financial reporting, corporate taxes, payroll, finance operations, and FP&A, while working closely with regional leadership and the CFO to align financial strategies with organizational goals.

Your role will involve, Leading cash forecasting and managing bank accounts in coordination with group treasury, and ensure accurate Neocash reporting.

You will work closely with the legal team to ensure regulatory and compliance adherence across all APAC offices, and you will partner with regional leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve both annual and long-term goals for the APAC region.

You will ensure alignment of financial strategies with overall organizational objectives and regional growth targets and you’ll manage the APAC finance team including both internal and external resources.

Report directly to the CFO for International Operations, you will be providing key insights and strategic recommendations, collaborating to improve internal processes and ensure high-quality financial reporting that aligns with international standards and group requirements.

Your profile

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred), with 5-7 years of relevant finance experience, and a strong background in regional financial management.
  • You can demonstrate in-depth knowledge of APAC financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards; you are familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Hyperion), and have advanced Excel proficiency.
  • You have proven experience in managing financial operations, including reporting, FP&A, payroll, and taxes in multi-country environments, combined with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You have demonstrable experience in partnering with senior leadership to drive business performance and strategic initiatives.
  • You are fluent in in both verbal and written English; additional language skills (Mandarin, Cantonese, etc.) is a plus.
