Job Description
Position Summary:
The Field Service Operations Coordinator I/II will be responsible for tracking and updating sales demo and loaner equipment locations, coordinating RMA parts and handpiece return processes, and managing Field Service Engineer test and measurement tools, including calibration schedules and equipment rotations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Track and update the locations of sales demo and loaner equipment to ensure proper allocation and utilization.
- Coordinate the return process for RMA parts and handpieces, including tracking, processing, and documentation in CRM and ERP systems.
- Manage FSE test and measurement tools, ensuring timely calibration, monitoring expiration dates, and coordinating equipment rotations.
- Collaborate with field service engineers, technical support teams, and logistics to streamline service operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all service equipment, loaners, and demo devices.
- Generate reports on equipment status, calibration schedules, and RMA return metrics.
- Support continuous process improvements to enhance service efficiency and accuracy.
- Other duties as needed or required.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in field service coordination, logistics, or asset management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM and ERP systems, including Salesforce.
- Ability to manage equipment tracking and service coordination tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a commitment to process improvement
Additional Information
Cutera expects to reasonably pay in the range listed below for this position based on the city and state listed in the job posting. The actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, and candidate residence if the position is remote or field-based.
Annual salary range: $80,000 - $90,000
