As Field Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, managing, and executing marketing programs that focus on creating awareness, demand, engagement, and renewal related to Brevo. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of sales, customer success, and others to deliver programs that drive a pipeline towards sales and renewals across our leads and existing customers.
What you will do :
- Marketing project management with a strong focus on event management/planning (tradeshows, breakfasts, webinars, conferences…) : consult, brief and coordinate the stakeholders as well as the suppliers, oversee the technical and logistical aspects, ensure the successful execution of the projects in terms of brand image and commercial performance whilst respecting deadlines as well as the budget.
- Content creation: Articulate Brevo's value proposition and brand attributes to identify and create the necessary content for executing each campaign according to each market (brochures, stalls, emails, speeches, animations, etc.).
- Collaboration with the Revenue and Marketing teams : Work in close collaboration with the sales teams and gain their support and involvement!
- Tracking/following-up on leads and performance: Ensure the follow-up of generated leads to guarantee their conversion by the sales teams and assess the effectiveness and ROI of the various activities.
- Internal communication and reporting: Communicate on the current status and results of the actions that were undertaken and actively contribute to the improvement of the marketing programs and the planning of future actions.
What will contribute to your success:
- At least three years of experience in field marketing or event planning
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with suppliers, customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong planning and project management skills to manage, prioritize and deliver multiple projects on time!
- A positive mindset, dynamism and resourcefulness, that will help you imagine new ways to engage with customers and deal with last-minute contingencies.
- Mandatory proficiency in English and French.
