Position Summary

As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for helping design and execute regional plans and be a key marketing contact for all business stakeholders across the region (SAEs, Sales Leadership, SDRs, Corp Marketing). This role requires a highly results driven, self-motivated marketer who can thrive independently, but also enjoys working collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment. The candidate must be able to demonstrate proven success in building a strategy with sales, and then executing programs achieve SAL and pipeline goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Expert communication and relationship building skills are table stakes – you will succeed in this role if you can do both extremely well.
  • Responsible for working with sales to develop a successful marketing plan and executing field marketing programs across the region, in alignment with global company positioning, and local sales strategies
  • Collaborating with global marketing to raise brand awareness across the region
  • Executing regional demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth – both new business acquisition and incremental revenue growth from the customer base
  • Designing and executing field marketing activities to ensure monthly and quarterly lead generation and pipeline objectives are met
  • Maintaining corporate strategic objectives, direction and vision in all marketing activities when executing the strategy for prospects and customers in the region
  • Defining customer needs and insights, and developing local messaging and campaigns that address different audiences via intelligent targeting & segmentation
  • Manage regional marketing budget, ensuring ROI from every activity and aligning spend to highest priority initiatives
  • Manage detailed project plans and consistently communicate plans to the business
  • Track program success and report metrics to stakeholders

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field, Masters a plus

Location

  • Remote - U.S.

Experience

  • B2B Field Marketing experience within Enterprise software/SaaS; IT Services or technology organizations targeting enterprise-level companies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven success in developing and executing B2B marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue
  • Ability to build strong relationships with sales leaders; AEs, SDRs, and stakeholders to educate and align on key marketing deliverables
  • Solid understanding of the customer buying journey and the marketing/sales funnel
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills and strong ability to communicate in a structured and clear manner to get buy-in across a variety of stakeholders
  • Highly self-motivated Individual possessing a strong positive “can do” attitude and a willingness to get stuck in and take ownership - Experience of sales and marketing systems including Salesforce and Marketo (or similar)
  • Strong reporting skills and ability to conduct reviews with sales teams and leadership, including lead reviews and follow up
