The Role

As the leader of Field Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in pioneering and creating new markets. You will define account-based marketing strategies, combining solution marketing, branding, and campaign tactics to plan and execute based on market and customer needs.
 

You will lead Kyndryl's market thought leadership and expand influence on target accounts.

You will build and enhance relationships with customers, leveraging strong communication and influence to form effective partnerships that improve decision-making and business outcomes.
 

Collaborating with the marketing team, you will identify the most effective marketing messages, value propositions, content, channels, and calls to action for each top target account/target segment.
 

Working closely with core marketing functions, you will develop targeted campaign concepts, custom content requirements, test messaging, and creative development to enhance brand awareness at the account level, increase conversion rates, and shorten sales cycles.
 

You will work closely with sales to develop account-focused marketing plans that build and strengthen relationships, reputation, and revenue.
 

Throughout the program, you will track the KPIs outlined in the marketing plans, measuring and optimizing the ongoing impact on reputation, relationships, and ultimately, business growth.
 

You will collaborate with other department leaders and colleagues across the organization, earning trust and maintaining strong relationships.

Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience
• Native Japanese speaker with excellent writing skills, and business-level proficiency in English.
• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and executing effective marketing plan 

• Meaningful experience partnering with sales and senior business executives internally as well as with customers / prospects to deliver results. 
• Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams and developing new and innovative marketing programs in a B2B environment. 
• Strong understanding of demand generation and a background of owning campaigns and driving 
success. 
• Excellent written & verbal communications; strong executive communications and negotiation 
 
Skills 
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills 
• Self-starter, problem solver, highly responsible, deadline-oriented, and independent 
• Thrives in metrics and data-driven environments 
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is able to multitask, prioritize projects and communicate priorities to partners. 
• Background orchestrating cross-functional projects with high energy, trustworthy, creative, and  “get it done” mentality.
Preferred Skills and Experience
•Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
•Previous professional experience in a sales role
