Job Description Summary
Cushman & Wakefield is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Senior Leadership team on one of the company’s largest accounts. The ideal candidate will be an initiative-taking, analytical professional with exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Though primarily a remote role, the successful candidate should have experience working in a professional office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to senior leaders.

Provide direct support to the Account Director and additional support to the account leadership team, ensuring that account operations run efficiently. Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior leadership priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and office support to the Account Director including managing e-mail, scheduling meetings and conference calls, and arranging business travel.
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar management, as well as the flow of information to account leadership.
- Manage Microsoft Teams & SharePointsites for Leadership team.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on data analysis.
- Liaise with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
- Create reports and assist in building error free presentation materials for clients and key stakeholders.
- Interact with business leaders to understand their challenges, objectives, and opportunities.
- Manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
- Organize and submit expense reports and track reimbursements.
- Develop and improve administrative processes.
- Organize and plan off-site events.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Required skills and qualifications
- Five or more years of experience as an executive assistant reporting directly to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in modern Microsoft Office Suite (O365, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Affinity for office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take direction, research projects, and work independently.
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.

- Flexible collaborator, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Real estate background preferred.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00
