- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives, managing calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, and communications. Proactively anticipates and resolves complex calendar issues and travel logistics.
- Organize recurring company / department all-hands meetings, business reviews and company events, conferences, and team-building activities (including accommodations, travel, catering).
- Manage office leases/arrangements and regular supplies
- Order and distribute company swag.
- Coordinate recurring company newsletter, including ensuring senior executives and their delegates provide content in advance of deadlines.
- Assist in preparing and managing presentations and pre-reads, meeting notes and action items.
- Act as a liaison between executives and other team members, and external clients / stakeholders.
- As delegated by the CEO, follows up with stakeholders at all levels to gather needed information, prompt/remind them of critical deadlines
- Disseminate information from the CEO to pertinent stakeholders within the organization
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment and be able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
- At least 7-10 years of related experience required working in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level executives.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Superlative attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communications.
- Ability to exercise good judgment in diverse situations and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexible mindset.
