Executive Assistant

I. Executive Assistant: Administrative tasks to support Taiwan GM office, including - 

• Travel arrangements

• Schedule meetings and appointments

• Maintain executive office files and records

• Coodinate correspondence and sign-offs documents Any adhoc administrative and secretarial tasks as required

II. CBE function (Client Broker Engagement) administrative support -

• Broker onboading, including contract signoff and internal code setup

• Broker contract management including adhoc amendments, performance and regulatory reviews

III. Public information maintenance for IB and AIG Taiwan website

Requirement 

• Attention to detail

• Administrative skills

• Written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin

• Multi-tasking

• Flexibility and openness to change

• Organization and prioritization

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Proficiency in using a computer and office programs

• 5 years secretarial experience
