Executive Assistant & Analyst
(To work Argentinian Time Zone GMT -3)
Nacre Capital is a global venture builder now looking for a talented and dedicated EA & Analyst to join our team of serial entrepreneurs, seasoned executives and expert investors. We build and grow our own in-house ventures / Start-ups targeting novel ideas that will transform into world class, market leading companies in various fields like digital health, medical devices, agritech, aquaculture & more.
We are looking for someone who is business oriented and thinks outside of the box, a problem solver and curious person, this is not a secretary-type of job, we'd like for you to learn and put your skills to the test.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Personal Assistance & right-hand to the Director
- Handle correspondence, communications, hi-level reports and documents.
- Manage the Director's schedule internationally, scheduling calls and meetings.
- Maintain and enhance CRM and database.
- File and retrieve documents and reference material
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and presentations for the portfolio.
- Act as a point of contact between the executives and external clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient English level (MUST)
- Flexibility towards long-working hours
- Ability to Multitask and meet changing deadlines
- Writing, Reporting and organizational skills
- At least 2 years experience in supporting high-level activities
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations/ business administration or related field.
- Microsoft Outlook, Excell, Docs, Adobe, PowerPoint and G Suite experience.
- Ability to work with an international team in different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team-player in a fully remote setting.
