What You’ll Do:
- Event Planning & Execution: Assist in organizing and executing community and retail-based events that raise awareness for nonprofit causes.
- Engage with the Public: Educate and interact with event attendees to spread knowledge about nonprofit missions and inspire action.
- Manage Event Logistics: Oversee event details such as setup, signage placement, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Track & Report Data: Monitor donations and engagement data to help refine future outreach campaigns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a driven, passionate team to meet and exceed outreach goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to connect with diverse audiences.
- Outgoing & Engaging: A personality that thrives in a customer-facing environment and is passionate about community engagement.
- Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve goals.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or event management is a plus, but not required.
