Your Mission:
We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Lead, Europe to drive new business and expand relationships with executive-level decision-makers in international real estate companies. In this role, you’ll promote our platform and work with various teams to deliver comprehensive solutions for our largest accounts across Europe. Together with our growing team, you will drive the transformation of the real-estate industry and ensure that investments are sustainable and profitable.
Your Responsibilities:
- Full Sales-Cycle: Lead prospects across the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement through closing, clearly communicating how Alasco meets their business needs.
- Sales Opportunity Development: Collaborate with our internal GTM teams to identify and build a strong, qualified sales pipeline of international prospects.
- Strategic Account Planning: Create and implement account plans that drive long-term success with our major clients.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, not just at the account level but also across industry networks.
- Client Engagement: Use insights from client discovery sessions to deliver persuasive business cases and platform demos that showcase the value of Alasco to potential clients.
- Market Insight: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and account strategies as needed.
- Team Building: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative environment that supports individual growth and drives overall team performance.
Your Profile:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology or complex solution sales with major customer accounts, with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales
- Familiarity with the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model
- Proven leadership experience in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of knowledge and professional experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel for regular client meetings and industry events.
Preferred/Nice to have:
- Proficiency in demonstrating complex software applications.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to address complex challenges.
- Executive presence and excellent communication skills for engaging senior-level stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple complex sales cycles and negotiating effectively.
- Consistent achievement (or exceeding) of sales targets.
- Experience in the real-estate industry, ideally with relevant SaaS-solutions.
- Fluency in French is a strong plus.
