About the Job
With a proven track record in sales, you will thrive in a role where you can excel as the key driver of success for Ebury Connect’s embedded finance and API solutions tailored for the Brazilian market. You will develop effective sales strategies and techniques based on client feedback and your insights into the rapidly evolving fintech landscape in Brazil. As a key member of our newly formed team, you will benefit from a robust business model and comprehensive support infrastructure.
- Serve as a primary revenue generator, driving growth through new client acquisition specifically for our embedded finance and API offerings, utilizing local innovations like PIX to enhance foreign exchange (FX) services.
- Pitch and close deals with prospective clients, demonstrating how Ebury Connect’s solutions can seamlessly integrate into their existing platforms to enhance their FX capabilities and overall service offerings.
- Manage the customer relationship for new clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process and successful implementation of Ebury Connect’s solutions, with a focus on efficient currency exchange and transactional support.
- Provide accurate forecasting of expected sales performance, particularly centred on the uptake of our FX embedded finance solutions within the region.
- Ensure adherence to company-wide sales methodologies and established sales administration processes tailored to the nuances of the Brazilian market.

- Have a strong sales background in fintech, with a specific focus on foreign exchange, payments, embedded finance or API solutions.
- Possess a deep understanding of the FX ecosystem in Brazil, including the unique aspects of local currency exchange and payment methods.
- Have exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
- Are a skilled negotiator, capable of building and leveraging relationships at senior levels, particularly in technology-driven environments.
