As an Engineering Operations Associate, you’ll join the Alli Data & Tech organization, a collaborative group of engineers and cross-functional professionals dedicated to building cutting-edge solutions for some of the world’s most ambitious brands.

In this role, you’ll work alongside talented and passionate teammates, helping streamline workflows, optimize processes, and foster collaboration across teams. You won’t just keep things running—you’ll play a critical role in creating an environment where innovation can flourish. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Scrum Master Support: Facilitate sprint events across multiple engineering teams, advocating for the Scrum framework to keep projects on track and running efficiently.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Host monthly knowledge-sharing sessions, ensuring teams stay aligned and informed by maintaining clear communication across multidisciplinary groups.
  • Process Improvement: Take ownership of operational processes, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and optimize team workflows.
  • Engineering Team Support: Help engineering teams stay focused by handling operational and non-engineering tasks, positively impacting team productivity and morale.
  • Collaboration with Managers: Partner with engineering leaders to manage budgets and logistics for learning and development (L&D) opportunities and team onsite events.
  • AI and Tech Tools: Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, improve operations, and accelerate your own skill development.
  • Security Standards: Assist with the annual SOC 2 Type 2 audit and ensure year-round adherence to security standards.
  • Business Process Support: Collaborate with business function leaders to support the rollout of key initiatives, such as L&D programs, team recruiting, and other strategic efforts.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Based in Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) or willing to relocate.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel between offices to support events and collaborate with teams as needed.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and familiarity with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Some experience with the Scrum framework through school projects, internships, or previous roles.
  • Experience with contract management or reviewing legal documentation is a plus.
