Engineer, NPI

About the role:

• The engineer will support Technology and Operations projects for ATCB.

What you will do:

• Responsible for being the liaison between Nexperia’s Business Group (BG) in Manchester or Hamburg and Nexperia Cabuyao Plant (ATCB) Change Review Board, Management Team, QA, and Operations for projects involving technology and operations initiatives.
• Ensure adherence of projects to the QCM (Quality Change Management).
• The Engineer will be responsible for completing or ensuring completeness of the required deliverables on the milestones for each QCM Phase such as RASCI, DFM, Release Checklist, CNP, MRAT, Qualification Report, Safe launch, etc.
• Deploy process and material changes in the production line.
• Perform Safe Launch Tracking.
• Identify opportunities for productivity improvement and cost saving for DFPC reduction.
• Plan resources and logistics needed for the project.
• Provide product cost analysis related to improvements in processing time and new materials.
• Performs characterization of processes, materials, product, and their interactions for approved projects.
• Performs root cause analysis and problem resolution in the event of project technical issues.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

What you will need:

• Engineering graduate with knowledge of semiconductor process and/or material science.
• With at least 1 year of experience working in the engineering field.
• With Basic Knowledge in Project Management Fundamentals.
• Computer literate (MS Office, SAS JMP, or Minitab) and strongly knowledgeable in SPC, DOE, FMEA, DFM, MRAT, Change Management, and problem-solving analysis.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to deliver results through determination teamwork, coordination, and collaboration.
