Your Role:
Project Overview & Deliverables: Project will support plants in updating SEC (Specific Energy Consumption) for their main products, capturing all the different energies that are needed for production and how they impact energy consumption and CO2 emission. 

It will include collecting data, analyzing and discussing process characteristics, seasonality and product specs. Updating SEC’s is a vital step in properly documenting PMA Energy/Emission performance and in analyzing issues and proposing solutions.
The project does not include any major mechanical modification but can be used as support for Energy Optimization projects. 
Project Learning Objectives: 
Basic understanding of a production process and energy consumption
Understanding of CO2 emissions and main impacting factors
Impact of product specs on CO2 emissions and energy consumption
Basic concepts of Energy and emissions optimization
Working in teams and with different technical skills
Understanding of operational routines and environment
Be proficient at working across sites and functions in order to get things done
Ideal Candidates Are:
    •     Pursuing a degree in: Relevant field, e.g., mechanical, chemical or 
production engineering field
    •    Strong oral and written communication skills.
    •    Problem Solvers: Enjoy collaborating to tackle challenges.
    •    Leaders: Demonstrate leadership in various settings, such as school

clubs, sports teams, or work projects.
    •    Authorized to Work in the U.S.
    •    Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
