Employer Reputation Expert T1 

We are looking for an Employer Reputation & Early Talent Recruitment Specialist, ywho ou will lead efforts to enhance Mars's employer brand across the Middle East & Africa region while driving the recruitment and development of top early career talent.

What are we looking for? 

  • 3+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent acquisition.
  • Talent Acquisition, Employer Reputation & Branding, (or digital marketing background)
  • Proven track record of managing Early Talent/volume recruitment

  • Savviness on social & digital ecosystem
  • Experience managing external vendors

What will be your key responsibilities? 

You will play a critical role in positioning Mars as an employer of choice by fostering partnerships with universities, building engaging campaigns, and recruiting top early career talents, that align with the company's values and strategic objectives.

Your key responsibilities will be :

Employer Branding

  • Execute Employer Branding Strategies: Implement initiatives that strengthen Mars' reputation as an employer of choice across the MEA region.
  • Administer and maintain multi-channel social, digital, and next generation employer reputation strategies to increase employer reputation awareness and foster a more robust talent pipeline
  • Campus Engagement: Build strong relationships with key universities, student organizations, and career services to ensure Mars' active presence on campuses.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute impactful digital recruitment campaigns, leveraging social media, career websites, and other digital platforms.

Early Talent Recruitment

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for internship and graduate programs including sourcing, screening and selection of the best profiles to present a strong shortlist to the business
  • Business Partnership: Partnering with hiring managers including senior leaders to bring in the best talent and facilitate the final hiring decision whilst acting as a guardian of our recruitment process and culture to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Internship Program Management: Management of the Mars Internship Experience including managing the induction process and facilitating mid & year end reviews.
