Position Overview:
As an Employer Brand Specialist at Zendesk in Krakow, Poland, you will play a key role in shaping and communicating the Zendesk employee value proposition (EVP) to attract top-tier talent to our global offices. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and digital marketing expertise to develop compelling employer brand campaigns that resonate with potential candidates in the local market and beyond.

You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and other internal stakeholders to drive innovative recruitment marketing efforts and build Zendesk's reputation as an employer of choice. Your impact will directly contribute to enhancing our ability to attract, engage, and retain the best talent for Zendesk’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employer Brand Strategy:
    Develop and execute localized employer branding strategies for the Krakow office that align with Zendesk’s global employer brand vision and values. Tailor messaging to attract diverse talent in key talent pools.

  • Content Creation:
    Create compelling, high-quality content (such as social media posts, videos, blogs, and testimonials) that highlights the unique culture and values of Zendesk in Krakow. This includes showcasing employee stories, company events, and key initiatives that resonate with prospective candidates.

  • Digital Marketing & Campaigns:
    Lead and execute targeted recruitment marketing campaigns across various digital channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, social media, job boards, etc.). Optimize campaigns using analytics and insights to measure impact and refine strategies.

  • Employer Brand Partnerships:
    Build relationships with external partners (universities, industry organizations, etc.) to promote Zendesk’s employer brand in Krakow. Represent Zendesk at local career fairs, networking events, and speaking engagements.

  • Internal Collaboration:
    Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure that recruitment processes are aligned with the employer brand. Work with the HR and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent and authentic employee experience.

  • Research & Insights:
    Conduct market research to gather insights on talent trends, competitor employer branding strategies, and candidate perceptions of Zendesk. Use data to continuously refine and improve employer brand initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    3-5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent acquisition. Previous experience in the tech or SaaS industry is a plus.

  • Skills:
    Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Polish (other language skills are a plus). Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategies, and content creation. Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, etc.) and recruitment software.

  • Creativity & Innovation:
    A creative thinker who can develop unique campaigns and content to attract diverse talent. Ability to think outside the box and experiment with new approaches to engage prospective candidates.

  • Collaboration:
    A team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, and leadership.

  • Passion for People:
    A genuine passion for enhancing the candidate experience and building an inclusive, diverse, and positive work environment.
