Global Total Rewards is an experienced and international team that is based in key locations: Nijmegen & Shanghai. We are looking for a new member to join our Total Rewards team to fully support fast-developed business in the EMEA region. About the role
- Support the Head of Total Rewards EMEA and local C&B managers with the planning, design and deployment of compensation and benefit programs (e.g. pension plans, insurance schemes and medical plans)
- Provide technical support to the HR community for compensation and benefit related matters
- Conduct the periodic market analysis for compensation and benefits and work closely with local HR management to recommend competitive merit budgets and adjustments to benefit programs
- Review and complete job evaluations on new and revised job descriptions and recommends appropriate salary grade assignments
- Support in constructing planning documents for the annual merit, annual incentive plan as well as Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) cycle with extensive employee detail and information needed for the annual planning process
- Complete comprehensive data analysis reports of the cycles for calibration purposes
- Ensure that the annual reward cycles results are administered properly in Workday and other relevant systems
- Support in developing and delivering basic compensation and benefit training for managers
- Contribute to improvement activities for current practices and programs
- Participate in the development and deployment of the international mobility policy
What you will need
- Bachelor`s Degree in a relevant field, e.g. business administration, finance, economics or similiar
- You love numbers: strong conceptual, mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Sharepoint, knowledge of Access is preferred
- Proficient with dashboarding tools, like PowerBI, Tableau (or similar)
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis in an international environment
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing, proficient with PowerPoint
- Passionate about AI and eager to leverage cutting-edge technologies to drive data-driven insights and innovation
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player with a service-oriented attitude
- Ability to identify keypoints from complexity
- Attention to detail and focused on completing the job
- Business fluent in English, additional language capabilities are preferred
