About the Role
At Rula, we are on a mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone, and we need a detail-oriented, driven Email + SMS Operations Associate to help make it happen.
In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping how we engage with patients by executing and optimizing email + SMS campaigns, diving into performance analytics, and ensuring our lifecycle program is compliant and well-structured. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intelligent, personalized automations, refine our reporting and analytics capabilities, and expand our test-and-learn program to continuously improve patient engagement.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing the planning and execution of email + SMS campaigns via highly intelligent email + communications platforms (preferably Iterable)

3+ years of experience interpreting, communicating, and actioning on key lifecycle analytics via complex data systems and tools (preferably Looker)

Experience running lifecycle marketing test + learn optimization programs

Experience using handlebar logic and segmentation to customize lifecycle experiences and communications
