About the Role

At Rula, we are on a mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone, and we need a detail-oriented, driven Email + SMS Operations Associate to help make it happen.

In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping how we engage with patients by executing and optimizing email + SMS campaigns, diving into performance analytics, and ensuring our lifecycle program is compliant and well-structured. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intelligent, personalized automations, refine our reporting and analytics capabilities, and expand our test-and-learn program to continuously improve patient engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing the planning and execution of email + SMS campaigns via highly intelligent email + communications platforms (preferably Iterable)

  • 3+ years of experience interpreting, communicating, and actioning on key lifecycle analytics via complex data systems and tools (preferably Looker)

  • Experience running lifecycle marketing test + learn optimization programs

  • Experience using handlebar logic and segmentation to customize lifecycle experiences and communications

Preferred Qualifications

While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.

  • 1+ years experience at a high-growth start-up 

  • Comfortable working with HTML

  • Experience with SQL

  • Experience using BI tools (preferably Looker)

  • Experience with technical and legal requirements for email + sms, namely domain health + email deliverability, channel compliance, and HIPAA compliance

Compensation Range: $78.4K - $87.6K
