[Key Responsibilities]

  • Successfully drive revenue growth of Electron Microscope product

  • Represent the technical competencies of Electron Microscope product

  • Systematically and proactively promote and sell Electron Microscope product

  • Identify and contact prospective customers, build and strengthen through customer relationship.

  • Develop & execute dedicated sales campaigns and initiatives in the strategic target market

  • Preparation, presentation and tracking of quotations

  • Monitor and act properly throughout entire O2C processes

[Requirements]

1. Education: Above Bachelor's degree

2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Electron Microscopy or related field such as industrial electronic machine sales (3-5 years experiences preferred)

3. Language: Proficient in English

4. Required competencies

  • Ownership: Clear ownership of assigned accounts and projects

  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of the microscope market and competitors

  • Communication: Effective communication skills with global and diverse stakeholders

  • Conflict Management: Ability to handle conflict situations effectively

  • Customer Focus: Understands and meets the unique needs of customers

  • Collaboration: Works collaboratively to achieve shared objectives

  • Adaptability: Flexible approach to match shifting demands of different situations
