General Description:
The Student Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding University partnerships, growing a high-quality undergraduate and new graduate pipeline, managing all internship and coop programs, and building a strategy for growing and enhancing our on-campus and industry-wide company brand.
Essential Duties:
Serve as a business partner with stakeholders in the organization to assess needs, develop and execute early careers recruiting strategies
Further develop partnerships and relationships at universities and colleges within their career centers, student groups and relevant departments
Build HRL’s employer brand across campuses to ensure long-standing new graduate pipelines
Strengthen and build our student talent recruiting processes to ensure we produce a diverse slate of candidates for hire
Support the transition of employees from the Internship program to regular full-time employment
Support the development of co-ops with universities and other colleges
Coordinate and participate in conferences and University events
Required Skills:
5+ years of recruiting experience, including 2 years focus on early careers hiring
Experience designing and executing early careers recruiting strategies and programs that scale
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with leaders across all functions. Proven ability to achieve results within a dynamic environment
Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion with previously demonstrated success
Proven ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with applicant tracking systems and virtual career fair platforms
Experience creating and orchestrating Handshake campaigns
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant experience
Physical Requirements:
10-25% Travel will be expected during peak times.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this full-time position is $109,695 - $137,145 + bonus + benefits.
