About the Role:

· Meet customers & stakeholders to understand requirements and develop Dynamics application according to requirements.


What You Will Do:

· Meet customers & stakeholders (product team, engineering teams) to understand requirements.

· Convert functional requirement to technical requirements.

· Define requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

· Build production grade enterprise systems on Dynamics 365.

· Building/ developing critical components of solution.

· Integration with API, function app, 

· Develop plugin for Dynamics 

· Perform unit testing ensuring code quality and coverage.

· Design and implement of Dynamics 365 solutions, including the configuration of the platform, the development of customizations, and the integration of other systems

· Leverage cloud services to create highly available infrastructure and Dynamics 365 solutions.

· Build CRM devops CI/CD pipeline. Setup build, release pipelines, and implement continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD) practices for Dynamics 365 solutions.

· Application troubleshooting and debugging.

· Maintain/improve software coding guidelines, code review processes. Maintain code review efficiency aligned with company standard.

· Work in offshore onsite model across different time zones.


What You Need:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.

· 6 - 8 years of experience.

· Experienced with Dynamics D365 (latest version).

· Experience in implementing CRM integrations to other systems using web services.

· Experience on PowerApps including PCF component development. Power automate & PowerApps flow. 

· Experience on implementing CI & CD for Dynamics 365 projects. 

· Working knowledge of Dataverse, Share Point.

· Experience with application security implementation such as (not limited to) Role based access control (RBAC), SSO 

· Understanding of Azure cloud.

· Strong interpersonal, Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Skills: Dynamics 365, Share Point, C#, .Net, API, SQL Server, Visual Studio, CRM SDK, Azure, PowerApps, integration with API, function app, plugin development, unit testing, CRM DevOPS CI/ CD pipeline.

Salary Ranges:

$ 78,750 - $ 115,500
