What you’ll be doing:
As a digital media Associate at our performance marketing agency, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our media buying and account management processes. Your primary focus will be to assist our media buying and account management teams in implementing effective strategies across multiple client accounts. You will ensure that client campaigns are delivered efficiently, serve as a key liaison between our network partners, vendors, and internal teams, and support the account management team in maintaining excellent client communication.
- Working on the digital media team, working closely with senior team members to ensure programmatic media campaigns are being flawlessly executed
- Campaign management:
- Assist team with all aspects of the campaign management processes
- Working in DSPs (demand side platforms) activating programmatic campaigns, managing campaign launch, delivery & budget pacing, performance tracking & optimizations
- Manage creative ad trafficking and media tag management process
- Assisting with day-to-day planning, execution, media optimization opportunities, and project management of digital media plans
- Generate supporting DSP findings for post-campaign presentations and provide insights to client teams
- Direct IO Order Management: Send and track network buys and asset traffic instructions, ensuring all campaign materials are correctly distributed and accounted for
- Operational Support: Ensure our media buying and account management operations run smoothly and efficiently, supporting the implementation of strategies for multiple clients
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor daily client performance and campaign delivery to ensure strategies are correctly implemented and objectives are met
- Liaison Work: Act as the main point of contact between network partners, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless campaign execution
- Learn & gather information on industry trends
- Work collaboratively with cross-team internal team members, such as account managers from Paid Search and Paid Social, for knowledge-sharing media optimization opportunities
- Client Support: Assist the account management team with client communication and the preparation of weekly reports and presentations
- Industry Engagement: Participate in meetings with publishers to stay current on TV/OTT trends and leverage this knowledge to provide media recommendations
Requirements:
- Over 1+ year of digital media planning & buying experience with a focus on direct response marketing goals
- Interest in being a part of a dynamic division with a hands-on approach to all phases of the media process
- Functional/Technical Skills – Interest in advancing strong technical knowledge and skills within paid media
- Experienced with DSPs, Networks, and Site Direct Buys
- Experience managing campaigns in TTD, DV360, and Google Ads
- Proficient PowerPoint and Excel skills a must
- Organizational skills such as task tracking & project management
- Learning on the Fly – Learns quickly when facing new problems, relentless learner, open to change, improves, enjoys challenges, and finding solutions
- Customer Focus – Dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations to customers, establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers
