As the Director of Product Design, you will lead our design vision and strategy, driving innovation and excellence in user experience across our product portfolio. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, user-centered designs that address real-world cybersecurity challenges.
What will you do?
- Define and lead the UX strategy and vision, shaping the product's overall experience.
- Implement design and UX methodologies within the organization, such as Design Sprints, usability testing, and user interviews.
- Build, manage, and lead the product design team, fostering growth and mentoring team members.
- Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design within the product development process.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing a product design team, with a strong ability to mentor and inspire.
- Proven portfolio showcasing a data-driven approach to design and demonstrating measurable impact on products.
- Track record of building successful B2B and enterprise SaaS products.
- A collaborative leader with energy and passion for driving creativity across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to set and communicate a clear UX strategy and vision.
- A natural storyteller and thought leader who engages and aligns diverse stakeholders.
- Highly creative and solution-focused, with a positive and proactive mindset.
- Advantage: Experience in the cybersecurity field.
